FairByDesign Executive AI Decision Program

Description

This program helps you determine whether an AI use case is appropriate, accountable, measurable, governable, and supported by sufficient operational evidence. You begin with a private self-paced course (about 45–60 minutes) that teaches the FairByDesign decision methodology. After completing it, you submit an Executive Context Brief so your included private session can be prepared around your organization.

Your private session includes approximately 45 minutes of personalized findings followed by up to 15 minutes of direct consultation. Afterward you receive personalized written findings and the FairByDesign Process and Information Package.

This is Phase 1 of a structured pathway. It does not replace legal, security, audit, governance, risk, enterprise-architecture, or operational functions, and it does not include the separate Governed AI Opportunity Assessment or implementation.

Important: The private booking calendar unlocks only after course completion and Executive Context Brief submission. Personalized sessions begin July 29, subject to course completion, Context Brief submission, and preparation availability.
